Alexander comes from a mechanical engineering background in the aerospace industry with a master’s degree in designing airplane engines. He successfully worked for over 13 years in the aerospace industry and took a part in building Boeing Dreamliner 787, designing interiors for Qatar Super business class, and others. Alexander had always liked a mechanical process, even as a student he took side jobs as a central air conditioning installer, and he also has experience designing solar panels for homes. Alexander made a move to residential home inspections in 2019, his engineering background allows him to have an in-depth understanding of how home heat, electrical, and water supply systems are supposed to work, a lifetime of the roof, etc. When you choose to work with a home inspector it is important to have someone like Alexander who can navigate you through the process, and explain in-depth the home inspection report, associated costs with improvements, and potential risks, as it is one of the biggest investments and commitments you and your family will make.

While not at work, Alexander is a wonderful loving husband to Iryna Ferenets a real estate agent at Compass, and a father to two beautiful girls Chelsea and Elizabeth. He enjoys kiteboarding and soccer in his free time with friends.
