Residential Inspections

A buyer’s inspection is a crucial step in the homebuying process. It provides a comprehensive assessment of the property’s condition, uncovering any hidden issues that could impact your future enjoyment and finances. This valuable information empowers you to make informed decisions about the home. With a clear understanding of potential problems, you can avoid costly surprises down the road and ensure you’re investing in a property that meets your needs and budget.

Commercial Inspections

A commercial building inspection helps you identify potential problems before they become expensive repairs or even worse, an unsafe structure. It also gives you peace of mind knowing that your property is safe for tenants and visitors. This type of inspection is required by law in most states. Whether you’re looking for a quick turnaround or a comprehensive inspection, our certified property inspectors are ready to serve you.

Condo/Co-op Inspections

Getting a condo inspection isn’t something that people always think about, but it is just as important as getting a home inspection on a residential home. Condos can have many of the same issues that homes can have, so it is important to make sure that the area is a safe place to live!

Townhome Inspections

Buying a townhome is a significant investment, and ensuring its condition is crucial for your peace of mind. Our townhome inspection services provide a thorough assessment of the property, identifying potential issues and ensuring you’re making an informed decision.

Multi Family Inspections

A multi-unit home inspection is an essential process that should not be overlooked by potential buyers or sellers. It involves an in-depth examination of all units within a property, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling, and other interior and exterior areas.

What to Expect From Your Inspection

Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, City Inspection provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our certified home inspector will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.
